This is a rare original vintage Singer rubber mat that fits perfectly under both 221 and 222K Featherweights.
The mat is great for dampening vibrations when sewing as well as for displaying Featherweights.
It was made in Great Britain.
The mat is pre-1960 and is rubber not vinyl.
There are no cracks or tears in the rubber mat.
The mat is curved due to being stored rolled up but it lies flat under sewing machines as can be seen in the photographs..
