This 1959 Singer 222K (222) is one of the BEST OF THE BEST. It has complete deep golden decals, the finish is bright and shiny with almost no signs of usage on the sewing bed or throat plate.

It is a 222K machine that has the appearance of being very carefully used for a short period of time and then stored for many years.

This 222 (222K) machine sews a nice stitch. The light works. The bobbin winder winds bobbins. Everything on the machine works as it should.

The sewing machine is ready to just plug in and play.

The serial number of this 222K (222) Featherweight is EP131976. This dates the machine to March 3, 1959.

There are no missing or broken parts, no oily, brown cigarette smoke residue or other grunge to try to remove, no expensive repairs to be done, no surprises and no frustration.

The 222K is converible to a 2" sewing arm by removing the sewing bed.
The feed dogs can be easily be lowered for free motion sewing.
