This 110/120 volt 222K / 222 Featherweight is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. The black finish is in excellent condition as well as bright and shiny. The decals are a deep golden color. The 222K / 222 has been serviced, cleaned and tested for sewing. It is ready to sew upon arrival at the purchasers home. Just plug it in and play.

The serial number of this Featherweight is EL683429. This dates the machine to September 17, 1956.

222K Featherweights were never produced in the USA. Original motors for 222K machines are either Canadian or British. If a 222K has a USA motor the Featherweight is not fully original.
NO VOLTAGE ADAPTER IS NEEDED. The sewing machine is ready to just plug in and play in both the USA and Canada.
The sewing bed is removable so that the machine can be used as a freearm sewing machine.
The finish, which is bright and shiny, has a few usage marks. The decals are a deep golden color and are complete.
The throat plate is a graduated throat plate.
The case has been thoroughly cleaned like the machine itself.
The attachments shown below are included. The 222K (missing) manual is a scale correct reproduction.
The stitches from this Featherweight are straight and tight with good tension and no skipping of the stitches. A sample of the stitching will accompany the sewing machine. It has been serviced and tested so that you can quilt, sew or proudly display the Featherweight upon its arrival.
