The Featherweight has been thoroughly cleaned and serviced. There are no missing or broken parts, no grunge to try to remove, and no expensive repairs to be done.
The Featherweight can be used anywhere in the US and Canada.
Everything works as it should including the often overlooked lamp and bobbin winder.
The serial number of this Singer 221 Featherweight is EH240493 which dates this machine to April 28, 1952.
As well as being thoroughly cleaned and fully serviced all of the Featherweights that we sell are tested for their sewing ability. The testing consists of the machine going through a final 8 point checklist before being listed. The checklist is given at the end of the listing description.

The carrying case is in excellent condition. Both latches work.
