This is a fantastic machine. It is a gorgeous, much desired, beautiful Singer red "S" 222K Featherweight. It has the appearance of being used with great care for a short amount of time. It is in gorgeous condition.

The serial number of this Featherweight is ER318003. This dates the machine to May 30, 1960.

222K Featherweights were never produced in the USA. Original motors for 222K machines are either Canadian or British. If a 222K has a USA motor the Featherweight is not fully original.

The sewing bed is removable so that the machine can be used as a freearm sewing machine.

222K Featherweights have the ability to easily lower and raise the feed dog using the sew/darn lever.

The case is in excellent condition. It is clean both inside and out.
